I had alcohol a few days before scheduled septoplasty surgery (deviate septum)?

I have a septoplasty surgery scheduled for this upcoming Friday. The prob is, this past weekend was a friends wedding and I pretty much had alcohol all weekend long..even last night at farewell dinner. My preparation instructions prior to surgery never said anything about the consumption of alcohol I am just really concerned now. Has anyone had any complications due to having alcohol before the procedure. Any info would be appreciated.
