Need help removing seized bolts.?

I'm trying to remove brake calipers. The bolts won't move. I have a 240ft/lbs impact gun that can 't get em out, been spraying lots of PB Blaster on them, even tried heating with a torch and they won't move. I don't know what else I can do, I don't wanna strip the bolts
