Do you think american judicial system is efficient? why?

About 98% of accused are convicted, so it's very efficient at prosecuting accused criminals. Fair and just not at all, most accused of crimes have no money and little prospect of earning a meager living. And not enough education to know how to budget that. So most defendants, are "Defended" by a young attorney that is paid very little but needs that small income. If he offend a Judge the Judge will not appoint him again. With no investigation staff the defendant has to rely on evidence the prosecutor give him from what the police provides. The very wealthy seldom get convicted, and get light sentences. Our prisons are kept full of poor and ignorant people to provide government jobs. If O.J. Simpson had not of been very wealthy, he would have ben executed long ago. No I do not believe he was guilty. Just a dumb *** ******.
