If one of the logous chromosome pairs does not separate during meiosis 1, how many chromosomes can be fou?

At the end of meiosis one of the cell will have 48 chromosomes and the other will have 44. By the end of meiosis I one pole will have 23 + 1 chromosome (Reduction) and 2nd division is equal so will double.
