11 dpo and brown spotting?

Currently 11 dpo and have had brown spotting for two days now. Have a strange stabbing sensation in my cervix and generally feel crappy.. Tested with fmu today on ept digital and BFN. Could it possibly be to early to test still and if this is implantation bleeding when could I expect to see the BFP? Thank!
