What exercises can i do to get a six pack fairly fast?

im a boxer, usually i do 30 sit up 30 crunches 30 press ups then repeat i do 15-30 min skipping and 60min running, remember when doing sitr ups never have your tips of your shoulders touch the floor this can really help as most people get them wrong. try boxing its great way of getting fit and confidence booster
